Bailey Farm

I love Bailey farm! I've been living here for almost 2 years and I never want to leave. I love the pond view and wetlands. It's serene and absolutely breathtaking. The sunset views are nothing less than amazing. We are so close to everything making it easy to get around. Don't think twice, it's as good as it sounds truly.

We just recently moved to this community and love it so far! Ryan in the office handled the entire application/move in process and she was amazing!!! We had to quickly move in and she made it happen. She was so on top of things, friendly, very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Truly appreciated her! We are loving that it feels more like a community than a complex, the nature preserves/little community garden, and the amenities are great. We are happy we chose this community!!

We LOVE Bailey Farm! My family and I lived here about 6 years ago. We moved due to extenuating circumstances, and we are back and could not be happier. The apartments are so comfortable, and well kept…but the best part is the friendly management and community culture. They have a couple of fun events each month for the residents and everyone is super kind and friendly!

We have lived here just over 4 years now, and love it! We were in a one bedroom when we first moved in, and about two years ago we transferred to a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. Annamarie was so helpful and patient with our millions of questions as we went through the transfer process. She is always so friendly and pleasant, whenever you need anything. We are so glad we choose Bailey Farm when we moved to Bothell. This is hands-down the best apartment complex in the area. We love the layout of our apartment and all of the modern details (flooring, appliances, cabinets). Our guests often comment on how they forget they are in an apartment. We love the view of the nature preserves and how close it is to North Creek park. The amenities are great—fitness center has anything you could possibly need, fire pit, outdoor fireplace, BBQ grill, pool/hot tub and clubhouse. Maintenance issues are handled swiftly and professionally, and the grounds are kept immaculate (clean and well manicured). Other residents are friendly and the property has a great vibe. We definitely recommend living here!
