(November 18, 2020, 9:43 am)Our salesperson was very pleasant and helpful. He did the best possible except for the confines of the Verizon Billing System. I finally after 4 days have some billing totals for the coming months but without breakdowns of what the costs are. Much higher than advertised. I hope this will have been a good transfer of service.

(August 4, 2020, 6:50 pm)Verizon Agent TyeLeah Nanto is a great employee at this Verizon store. She is very helpful, courteous, and really cares about her clients. Tye should be recognized for her outstanding work. I will definitely be a repeat customer of this Verizon store in the future. I would also like to recognize Tim for his great service. He was very patient helping out my family and also helping replace my grandmother's flip phone. I highly recommend this store to anyone for their outstanding customer service for their customers!
