“It’s been a week since we (husband and I) started. The person we signed up with, Leena, was very patient and helped us find the best deal possible! We signed up for 2 specials that gave us a total of 8 personal training sessions. My husband joined as secondary on my account and he will be using my PT sessions. Very clean and well maintained. Can find almost any equipment you think of! We’ve been at different times of the day, and though the mornings are crowded(7am), there was still enough options to make it comfortable. The high ceilings and windows make the whole space feel spacious and airy.”

“This week I had the need for an emergency boarding of a family member's 2 large dogs. Two days before a holiday weekend, Kat(owner), took my call, said she could help and guided me through what I needed to do to get them prepared and into the facility. When I arrived this morning to a bustling lobby, Kat and her staff calmly assisted me and their regular clients get checked in swiftly and accurately. Recently, I have personally experienced and have heard other's woes about a lack of customer service with various businesses as everyone is short staffed and struggling these days; so when I experienced a company that was so willing to go out of their way and out of normal process to assist me in a time of need I wanted to make sure that I shared my experience. Oh and the facility is clean, and lovely I will sing their praises and return myself in the future. Thank you Kat and staff for your kindness and professionalism, you truly don't know how it has helped me.”

“This store, and the birds they raise, have brought me so much joy I don't think this review can do it justice! If you are considering a new bird, properly hand trained with employees that understand and love birds and are concerned about the ethical treatment of them, this is where you should go. I came in as a new bird owner, and I decided to buy a parakeet. We didn't notice when we bought him that he seemed flat footed and also seemed to only prefer the floor of the cage. He was energetic and walking around so everyone thought he was fine. Long story short, I brought him back because the store has a 10 day warranty, and they were beyond understanding of the heartbreak of separating with him, but I was anxious that as a new bird owner I would not be able to properly fix his foot (he was a baby so I researched that there was a chance his feet could improve with proper care). He slept in my arms one of the evenings, that is a memory I will never forget...Flat footed or not he had a wonderful temperament. But anyway, the store took him back for me and I brought home another parakeet that has been a dream come true. The store owner even confirmed with their vet that this one I brought home was healthy and had healthy feet. Less than a month later the new bird is begging me for scratches, preening me and has no trouble with hands or shoulders. He's absolutely perfect. He even gets along with my boyfriend's Cockatiel!”

“I cannot express how amazing our experience has been with all the staff here. My son is 6 and had his first successful dental visit this week. He has refused to let anyone even look in his mouth for years. Our most recent visit to a family dentist ended with him running out of the building and into the parking lot. 😔 We went to Bothell Everett Kids Dentistry yesterday and again today. It was a night and day difference. He let them do a full cleaning yesterday and then today he had two cavities filled! I'm still in shock at how cooperative he was and how comfortable the hygienist made him feel. She was outstanding. My son was looking forward to going back for the cavity fillings today, talking about how he was excited to see them again (the hygienist and doctor). He even chose a specific shirt for the occasion. He also asked the receptionist if he can come back tomorrow for his next cleaning. 🤣 ❤️ I really just can't say enough. I'm so blessed to have found this place and to have the staff take such good care of my baby. ❤️”
