Young lady took my order. Yes she even made small talk l, but the thing is I was able to get a human at the counter. Food was nice as well.

The lady that was at the pay window was wonderful and very professional. Didn't caught her name but she had a chin tattoo. She looked at me in my eyes and challenged me to do the same. Respect.

When I come here I know I am getting the sub I l love. Yes, can taste little greasy sometimes, but on all the rest JM making good subs.

The assistant manager Ethan was very accommodating and polite. His customer service was top notch and was very much appreciated. I will definitely be coming back here.

Stopped by on my way home tonight. Right after I walked in, a whole line of other customers came in. Ethan took my order and all the others, then did a great job making at least a half dozen sandwiches at the same time. He was friendly, easy going, focused, and was able to address all customizations for each sandwich.
