“This week I had the need for an emergency boarding of a family member's 2 large dogs. Two days before a holiday weekend, Kat(owner), took my call, said she could help and guided me through what I needed to do to get them prepared and into the facility. When I arrived this morning to a bustling lobby, Kat and her staff calmly assisted me and their regular clients get checked in swiftly and accurately. Recently, I have personally experienced and have heard other's woes about a lack of customer service with various businesses as everyone is short staffed and struggling these days; so when I experienced a company that was so willing to go out of their way and out of normal process to assist me in a time of need I wanted to make sure that I shared my experience. Oh and the facility is clean, and lovely I will sing their praises and return myself in the future.
