I even talked my husband into seeing him (his PCP before that was Harborview Emergency). Dr. West spends as much time with you as is necessary. However, the thing that impressed me the most and why I have remained so loyal is that Dr. West isn't a "easy fix" kind of guy. His first instinct isn't pills but exercise, proper diet, mental health, etc. However, if medication is necessary he isn't afraid to prescribe it. The best thing I can say about him is that I've sent him several patients over the years and they all equally sing his praises.”

She is young and at first glance it may be easy to write her off as young and untried, but we have found her to be very knowledgeable, exceptionally patient with our unending questions and need for reassurance. She clearly understands how frightening it is to receive news of the magnitude of this illness and how devastating it is to understand how far it may have progressed before making its presence known as well, and has been very supportive.
