“Decent park, however too close to heavy traffic and not enough play equipment for most kids. Basketball hoops/courts are minimal.”

“I have been going to this little store / deli since I was a youngster, the Asian family that own it now have had it for 25-30 yrs and before they bought it it was run by a German lady maybe Bavarian and it was a real old fashioned deli that had everything you could think of and everything was the best. The new owners have kept some of the deli items available like the sandwiches and one of my favorite things the hot ham and cheese sandwich it cost about $4.50 now back in the day it used to cost 59 cents it has quality ham and fresh specialty baked bread from a seattle bakery, one thing it could use a little more ham on the sandwiches now but there still very good they will heat them up and it takes about 5 mins then add mustard to it if you like or other condiments wonderful flavored sandwich. another thing you don't see much this store still rents DVDs if you still have a DVD player, if your in the neighborhood stop in and give it a try, i think you will like it.”

“My mother first brought my brother and I here sometime in the early 2000s when I was probably only 10 or 11 years old. I still remember leaving the first day when my mom asked me how the Sunday school was - I remember saying - " it was fun! I want to come everyday!" Not only is this church fun for kids, but their adult services are top notch. they teach and embody the life of Jesus, without prejudice, politics, or any other distractions. They teach the bible, they have great visual aids, and bring in experts on occasion to augment their sermons. They have an energetic band, and everyone I've met there has been a wonderful and genuine human being. It is a larger church, their staff will greet you warmly, but you are free to mingle or quietly attend as you please. they also have online services, and can even donate online as well. I am happy to bring my family here, and if you want to learn more about Jesus and to grow in the Christian faith this is a great place to do that.”

“Overall I love my apartment. I rarely hear noise from the neighboring units and it’s always quiet by 10 pm. The location helps with outside noise since we are across the street from warehouses and office parks. The management and maintenance teams are top notch. All that being said, there is only one garbage area which the residents don’t seem to understand how to use. Parking assignments make little sense (and it’s expensive). The rent increases are nuts. Many people move as soon as their first year is up because of how high the rents are. My unit was $1501 a month when I moved in. It went up to $1677 at renewal. And similar units are 1700-1800 before the parking and garbage fees. I will have to move when my lease expires next year. I will no longer be able to pay the rents here.”
