The staff here has always been super friendly, the only drawback is it gets crowded and the line can be backed up at times on Sundays and I miss the Annex! Bring back the annex, it was so cool and had awesome memorabilia and music collectibles, The general pricing for non clothing items is pretty decent. Love this place for the clothes.
