The supervisors are fantastic and hard working. Julia, the supervisor I've worked with the most is efficient and on top of things and always makes time for me and my clients. If she can't take my phone calls right away, she's quick to respond and usually does so within a few hours. Overall, I've had a positive experience with this company.”

“I worked here for over three years until the end of 2022. During that time, I held different positions, including in leadership, and interacted regularly with both the front end and pharmacy staff. In the entire time I worked here I can count the number of genuine racism displayed by staff on one hand and still have fingers left over. Those individuals are no longer employed at the store. Employee safety is a top priority for management, especially in the rough and difficult neighborhood this store is in. Management have spent the entire pandemic communicating with and attending to customer concerns. Unfortunately the pandemic lead to an increase in the amount of theft, homeless and drug addicts in the area, which added a layer of difficulty for leadership. The management at this store cares deeply about the employees and the customers and works extremely hard to ensure both are safe and satisfied. There will always be individuals who misunderstand situations and policies, especially when they lack longevity, work ethic, professionalism and experience. Retail can be a difficult field to work in and when you're new to it sometimes finding workplace satisfaction can be difficult. I learned a great deal during my years working here and I am incredibly grateful for the personal and professional growth I experienced during that time. My family has always shopped at this store, most recently today when my niece came in and walked out very happy with her red nose. Please keep in mind that retail staff are humans too and deserve to be treated kindly and respectfully.”

“My mother has been at Vienna Village for over 4 months and they have surpassed every expectation. I looked after my mother for 2 years in my home until she needed 24 hour care then we looked at my places in Winston-Salem. My only regret is that I did not move her to Vienna Village sooner. I sit with my mother often and see the loving caring staff that takes care of her. They have many long time caretakers and it shows that they look at this as their passion not as their job.”

“We were in desperate need of a daycare when our previous one shutdown. Bee Bops was so warm and welcoming. They have been very accommodating of the sever allergies and dietary restrictions our child has. We've been with them for over 1.5 years now with 2 children and its been a pleasure. The kids love the place, learn a lot everyday and talk about their friends and teachers all the time. The staff is very friendly and make a genuine effort to connect with the children. We've been blessed to have found them and I would highly recommend them as a daycare.”
