However when going to Advanced auto in Watauga off Denton Highway, I was able to speak to someone who was phenomenal!!! CHAD!!!! I never write reviews, but I feel like with the exceptional customer service that was delivered but Chad I had to speak up! Chad was great, he's knowledgeable when it comes to parts, he’s knowledgeable about the warranties, and he did not leave me with a headache like some of the others at this store. I called he was able to look up my part, did the warranty exchange with no hassle, heck he even had my replacement part waiting for me when I pulled up. Once again THANK YOU CHAD!!!!
