“My husband and I love Kyla’s vision! I met Kyla in my son’s apartment building. She had just remodeled their lobby spaces. She was explaining how the size and placement of the artwork she chose, worked with the textured wall she designed to bring the allusion of light into a windowless corridor. I was familiar with the before and after in that building. I was amazed to be looking at something so simple, yet so intriguing. She showed me her other installations. I knew that I needed her to come to my new home for a consultation. I’ve been a homeowner for a long time and have used an interior designer in my prior two houses. I had been convinced that there was no such thing as a dream home, only well-appointed homes in good locations. I thought we might get different results this time. I was correct. Kyla pushes me to leave my comfort zone, but not too much. I usually think about her suggestions; they grow on me, I try them, I love them! She has now helped me remodel and renovate every space in my home, except for three rarely used rooms. Kyla used a mix of very practical, semi-custom and custom concepts, all of which have been budget friendly. She kept our home’s architecture and exterior surroundings in mind. She worked around furnishings that I insisted on keeping. She’s incredibly instinctive and knowledgeable at the same time.
