(February 9, 2022, 11:45 pm)Purchasing our Durango from Dwayne Lane was the best experience of buying a vehicle I have ever had. At 62 years of age, I have purchased many vehicles! Our salesman, Isaac, was very professional and very helpful at presenting the different options available to us. Luke, the finance manager, actually surprised us with the rate he was able to get us and didn't pressure us about buying any 'extras' fir the vehicle. The whole process took less time than I expected!!
Oh, did I mention they have an espresso bar!!

My rep Carlos kept me up to date on the status of work, including waiting for a chip to arrive due to shipping delays. Everyone I dealt with was informative and seemed to have great service as a goal from the outset. Will definitely continue using these guys for my truck and Wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee.

She made us feel so comfortable and was really honest with us the whole time. We ran into a problem but she helped us get through it. We got my sister into a new van. Thank you Naomi! I will be back when I need a new truck. Highly recommend.

Our experience was even better the second time through. I will recommend to my friends and family. We will be back for our next car. Ask for Joey
(August 26, 2018, 6:54 pm)We recently had a issue with our vehicle while dining at 5 Church. The manager Chad was very quick to assess the damage, take pictures and share his contact info. We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces. I appreciate Royal Parking going above and beyond to resolve this. Chad is a great guy!
(February 12, 2018, 1:16 pm)Almost all reviews here are isolated incidences. Most of all people that valet their vehicle do not think to review the company. For every bad review are many satisfied customers, and every regular location I have valeted at with Royal has been a perfectly acceptable experience.
(November 23, 2017, 1:24 pm)Great valet service for our wedding! I have also used Royal Parking for events I've planned for work, and I've always been pleased with their customer service. I've never had any issues. I'm always glad when I go out to dinner and see they are handling the valet.
