I don’t mean any harm but if you pay a hefty price to get your car cleaned inside and out everything should be right. I was the only car there at the time so I’m not understanding why it wasn’t vacuum that good. Now I gotta go vacuum up what they didn’t get.”

Cons: Clean out the cars at least 2 a month " When showing a car" Have more knowledge of each vehicle ( inside) I basically had to learn about my car via youtube ..lol...either than that ...good business..”

“We recently had a issue with our vehicle while dining at 5 Church. The manager Chad was very quick to assess the damage, take pictures and share his contact info. We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces. I appreciate Royal Parking going above and beyond to resolve this. Chad is a great guy!”
