Alex and Victor are exceptional. Two pleasant gentlemen. So surprised at how clean my carpet is now. I was ready to replace it. Give up on it. 20 plus years and looks new.

My carpets were in serious need of a thorough cleaning -- they got that! Spots that I didn't think could be removed were cleaned completely. Victor was responsive, timely, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend NuTrend and will use them in the future.

They were running behind (due to previous appointments), however, they kept me informed of their eta. Victor did a great job and took less than an hour to clean my living room and hallway carpet. I would certainly recommend and will use in the future.

I booked a carpet cleaning service with Alex and he showed up promptly, got right to work, seemed incredibly professional, and was SO quick! He did an amazing job. My carpets looked better than I’ve ever seen them and my house smelled so much better! I was absolutely thrilled.
