My mother in law Lenore stayed at Abundant Life Lynnwood for three years. She very much enjoyed her time there. She had a comfortable room of her own from which she could see the birds at the feeders outside of her window. This was a great source of enjoyment for her. She had great food, excellent care and was delighted to be so well cared for at this well-staffed adult family home. Every one of Lenore's needs were taken care of including her medications, hygiene, and having others to socialize with. Lenore's family members always felt welcome when we visited. At 102 years of age, my mother-in-law was in need of care none of us could provide. We were fearful of the prospect of placing her in a home but a friend who’s own mother had been a resident highly recommended Abundant Life. We knew it felt right as soon as we walked in and met Fiona. The home is lovely, comfortable and very pleasant. It is clear to us that the owners and staff are caring, experienced and extremely competent. The moment our family had dreaded for months turned out to be wonderful for all of us. We moved Mom into a bright corner room, along with some of her own familiar things. She adjusted amazingly quickly, aided by the family environment, friendly atmosphere and, of course, the food. Over time we’ve seen meals being prepared or served and they’re fresh and individualized for special diets and modified depending on residents’ eating abilities.
Fiona and Yang are always on top of the meds, the doctor’s recommendations, appointments, health changes, etc. They’re more than just attentive—they’re very dedicated, respectful and loving. We got calls or texts when there was a concern or whenever a change was noted. We looked forward to the texts with cute pictures of Mom by the tree at Christmas or in a funny hat at Halloween. And, birthdays always bring a special level of excitement.
Prior to arrival at Abundant Care, Mom had a significant wound that neither the previous home (nor the doctors) had been successful in treating. Yang went beyond what was prescribed, devoting time to careful cleaning of the wound and changing the dressings three times a day for several months until it was healed. I now know from experience with friends in different homes that Fiona and Yang’s diligence is exemplary!
For us, every visit was a pleasure and we were welcomed warmly whenever we arrived and felt as though we were family while we were there.
On Christmas eve, three days shy of 105, Mom passed on and that process, too, was handled with grace and generosity. Our family will be forever grateful for the wonderful care our special lady got in the three years she lived there. Fiona and Yang, thank you again.

Fiona and family have become our family. That is how much we appreciate the care given to our mother.
Abundant Life Adult Home has treated our mother with the utmost care and loving. It truly is a "home" and the treatment is as good as we could provide ourselves.
Fiona and family really care about our mother and the other residents that live in Abundant Life. Mother has been there 5 years now and we wouldn't know what to do without Fiona, her husband and her mother.
I write this out of true belief that Abundant Life is more then just an Adult care facility.
It is a Home.

I have nothing but good things to say about Abundant Life. We were so lucky to have found this adult family home for my dear mother. The home is tidy, clean and attractive. The food was catered to her special dietary needs. Mom was bathed and dressed presentably at all times. She received medical care from the visiting doctor, and even had regular hair styling, which was important to her. My mom was in the best hands possible -- so well cared for by the loving family who tended to her every need. We all grew to love each other and still consider each other friends after my mother passed away. It is a jewel of a place.

Abundant Life Lynnwood provided the highest level and quality of care for my mum. Fiona and Yang, and their staff were generous, sensitive, loving and professional towards all residents at all times. I live overseas and it was a great comfort to know that my mum was contented and safe and treated with loving respect.
