If you are thinking of buying a mattress, I definitely recommend you going to this location!
I visited 2 other mattress stores around the location, but none of them offered the same attentive and friendly customer service as this one! They also had great deals during Memorial Day holiday. It was my first time purchasing a mattress, but Andy made the experience a lot easier with his knowledge on mattresses. He knew when it was the right moment to show me mattresses that matches what I’m looking for, as well as, when to leave me to try out different mattresses on my own. I appreciated this approach because I was able to feel fully sure that I picked the one that I really liked which I ended up purchasing. This location goes above and beyond to provide quality customer service with customer satisfaction in mind. Another thing that I liked was how flexible scheduling a delivery date is like, since it is focused on going around the customers’ schedules. They would text you a 3 hour window on when they can deliver to you a day before your delivery date which is helpful, so you can anticipate when they are coming that day and get things cleared out if you need to. This is the only mattress store I know that does this!
