โI work for a storage company and we had a Pearl Harbor Survivor's Memorial with flag, photos, medals etc. left behind. I took it to this fire station and had perfect timing as the gentleman who I handed it off too actually is part of the Verteran's outreach program! I am confident it's in the right hands to try to locate the survivor and/or a family member missing this precious piece of history!โ

โAmazing response tonight! Even though they were already out on a call and my building is right next door, they were still there in less than 3 minutes. Even though it wasn't a life threatening situation, they were prepared for the worst. Very efficient ingress/egress and just a lovely crew all around. โCalled for assistance today. The EMT'S Fire Department personnel responded very quickly. Very professional, caring with awesome listening skills. They were calm and showed demonstrated care and concern. They took my information. Asked me if I wanted to go to the hospital. I said yes and off we went to Swedish hospital ER. They filled in the ER staff with info taken from me and my family. I thanked them and they wished me good luck! Hope to see them again but under different circumstances!โ

โJust moved to the area from Arkansas. I always baked cookies or cupcakes for our first responders. The Sheriff and Fire Departments loved it and it was a way to show them some love and respect.
