“Jesse, Carrie, and crew are absolutely awesome! I have seen a lot of improvement in my strength and endurance since I joined two years ago. I feel so much fitter now than I did in my 20’s and early 30’s. Jesse’s no non-sense approach is great. If you actually listen to his advice, and leave ego at the door, you will see some awesome results. I know I was skeptical at first, especially coming from a box with a completely different mentality, and years of ‘round the clock fitness style coaching and nutrition. But, the amazing progress I’m seeing speaks for itself. I have learned an amazing deal, and have been workout-related-injury free because I’ve learnt to listen and try to follow the advice Jesse and the coaches give me.
