“Kung Fu 4 Kids / Marysville Martial Arts is a big part of our life! From birthday parties to parents night out, they do it all sensationally! We’ve been part of the Kung Fu family since 2021. It’s helped my elementary-aged child with physical strength, coordination, and confidence. Not to mention building good character with an anti-bullying campaign and a monthly focus on “power words”, which helps them understand how to make good choices. The staff is always fun and professional! I’m thankful to have Ms.Fila, Mr.Jayden, Mr.Tucker, and Mr.Edgar as a part of my child’s life. They are a phenomenal group of young adults. They take the time to help and guide each student with so much kindness while keeping it lively. Shout out to the front desk! They are quick to respond to parent needs, joyfully! You can text if they are unable to answer the phone. If you’re thinking about trying it out, do it! Your kids will love the fun and challenging experience. Whether it’s just a few months or years, it will be a great adventure. Photo: Birthday party. They did it all from custom invites, managing party reminders, step up/clean up, & even ordered the cake! “I am so thankful for this place and Kaitlyn. It's hard to find storage places that the inside walls of your unit go from floor to ceiling all around. Many have a gap at the top where the rodents can come in from anywhere. Here, if everyone takes time to be careful when accessing their unit/s, by making sure to not leave the main door we come in, open, we can keep rodents out! And if storing for the first time, if you make sure your stuff if stored somewhere before coming here is free of rodents, then the rodents also won't have a ride to here! We all must take responsibility too not just blame the property. I at any given time have had 2 or more storage units in many places and states. I've been looking for a place that had no gaps at the top of my units for a long time. I had to discard a lot of stuff due to rodents at these places. People don't pay attention to what we can and can not store. Because of this, we all suffer! The rodents go to theirs and infest as many storage units as they can! Myself and others, do the proper way of storing our stuff per property guidelines, but now our stuff is ruined! If you are going to store your stuff, inquire as to the guidelines. Your stuff and our stuff here at AA Marysville Mini Storage will be safe! Can't possibly stop rodents, etc. from wondering onto the property. But the management and staff here do their best to stop these creatures from wondering into the buildings where our storage units are, and around the premises by catching them in traps. Thank you Kaitlyn and other staff for all you do! And thank you to the owner who had these units built, with all around walls from floor to ceiling leaving NO gaps!”

The owner was really wonderful, and her teenage daughter (I believe it was her daughter) displayed some incredible customer service by suggesting a smaller portion for an item we had ordered. It's a rare thing for a restaurant (or any business) to help a customer save a few bucks, and we really appreciated that. Also, the food was wonderful. Just what we had been craving. If I'm ever back in the area again, I'm coming here without a doubt.”

“I moved in to Westend (formerly Westwood Crossing) mid-remodel a couple years ago. Inside, new vinyl windows, appliances, counters and cabinets, flooring, carpet, fixtures etc. Outside, updated lighting, landscaping, awnings over the doorways, the asphalt was redone, parking spaces were repainted, and new roofing was installed. The complex is modern, stylish and meticulously maintained. I find the staff to be very professional, caring and respectful. The manager and assistant manager are friendly and efficient. I've had a couple instances in my unit needing attention; Both matters were handled immediately and effectively. During the snowmageddon last February, I emerged from my unit to discover that not only had the sidewalks been shoveled, but also salted! Management recently started a monthly newsletter that informs residents of community activities like Movie Nights and Dessert Parties. A new online resident portal came online as well; It's a place to quickly find information, submit work orders, pay rent, etc. Important announcements are also texted out to residents. The attention to detail the staff expends on running this property makes me feel like a valued member of the community. These people give a darn and it shows. I recommend this property to everyone looking for a place to live.”
