They worked with me to find a solution to my son's outbursts by devising a plan that involved rewards and participation both at home and school. The bottom line is they worked with me and supported my son instead of labeling him a problem and just disciplining him.My son has the sweetest heart and they saw that, and that support finally turned my son around.
