“It's been a few years since I did crossfit last and I needed to get back into good shape. I found these guys about 5 to 6 weeks ago now and I have not been disappointed. The facilities are well equipped and the trainers are amazing. They put up some tough but fun workouts and have really fun workshops fairly regularly. Everyone there makes you feel welcome and that's really helped me get back into the swing of things.
