“Not sure why all these bad reviews. I had a very pleasant experience. Staff was very very nice and helpful. The nurse answered all my questions and concerns. We did have to wait a bit, but it was like 15 mins, which is not horrible at all for the walk in clinic, and there was a lot of people in the lobby too.”

“It's been a few years since I did crossfit last and I needed to get back into good shape. I found these guys about 5 to 6 weeks ago now and I have not been disappointed. The facilities are well equipped and the trainers are amazing. They put up some tough but fun workouts and have really fun workshops fairly regularly. Everyone there makes you feel welcome and that's really helped me get back into the swing of things. This place is superb and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants great workouts and knowledgable trainers 7 days a week.”
