“I did not get a chance to cruise the whole store but the clothing department was fantastic! I found it a tad hard to get around with a cart in the department but was so smitten with the clothing it made it okay. I mainly looked over the pet section as I was there to get bird seed and suet. The prices were terrific and my wild birds are quite happy. I also had come because of the sale on a suet holder but they were out and teh nice woman in charge helped my out with another. It was great! There may have been a run on wild bird seeds and such as the shelves were quite depleted in that area but at their prices, I can see why. I also almost came home with three new bird houses! I will definitely get some there when I can, they have a terrific selection and some really affordable prices. The snacks and candy by the register were great and I just saw sop many things from that point that I wanted to go investigate but walking around isn't that easy for me, so I will go again. The store was nice, the people were very friendly and helpful and I can see myself as a new client for many things. It may have been a brief spin but I felt great in the store and got exactly what I needed! I have no ranch or farm, I spend a lot of time on the balcony birdwatching and tending to their needs and taking care of some plants. It is the highlight of my day in the mornings and now that I have a place I can dedicate to at least my birds, I am very happy! I can also see myself wearing a lot of their clothing, which I found to be quite stylish and modern, well made, well priced, and varied. Some things perfect for the farmer and rancher, some perfect for a an artist who loves spending time taking care of the roughly 30 bird species I see and can mostly take care of. Great place!”

“After getting a couple of bids, we decided to go with Monroe Fireplace for our new gas insert. Damon came out for a home visit and helped us select the right unit for our space. I appreciate that they sell only the highest quality products. We had a fairly difficult installation because if our retro 60's stone faced fireplace, but he assured me that they had the skill to "make it look right". Other competitors said "no way, it will look terrible." Today the team showed up for the install. They were polite, took care to cover our new flooring, and worked quickly to install our fireplace in just a few hours. Joe did a fantastic job doing some custom trim work to make it fit nicely. “TLDR ~ Best purchase experience I've ever made! The service technician and counter people were able to help guide me to the zero point riding mower I wanted and answered all my questions along the way. I wanted it to last, service it myself, and be reliable. I decided on a Bad Boy MZ Magnum. They steered me to get a grass shoot rather than a bag as grass won't get clogged with our regularly wet conditions. They were able to deliver it to my house a couple days later, and the driver called me to ask if I was going to be using it that night to which I said yes and he filled it up, so that I was able to rock and roll after a long hot Friday work day. He even unloaded it into my garage to keep it safe as no one was home at the time. I was half joking with my wife and friend in the store about how I wanted to upgrade the seat pretty soon to the nice ones with arm rests and more back support. My wife talked with the service technician about how the arms and foot deck pedal were too far away on most machines when we were looking. I discovered a very pleasant surprise when seeing the mower for the first time after delivery. The seat was upgraded, the lever and pedal were shortened for my wife, and it was ready to turn key and go! The convience and hassle free experience was top-notch. Did I also mention that the price was better than anything I could find online? These guys are amazing.”

“We had an excellent experience with Nip Tuck Remodeling for our recent house project. The project truly was on time, on budget and done with purpose as advertised. We added new hardwoods/stained old hardwoods throughout the main floor, added a new entryway stair system, combined our kitchen/dining room by removing a wall, painted the entire first floor (including wood work), and made other minor updates to the first floor of the house. Both my husband and I are very happy with the outcome and love our updated home! From the start, we had a great experience. April and Julie, in the front office, made us feel like our project was important at all times. The designer, Allison, was outstanding and so helpful for me in my decision making process. David, the project manager, was excellent...patient, organized, communicated everything clearly, and kept everything running right on time. All of the subcontractors were great. They all did high quality work, were on time and came when expected, were personable and trustworthy in my home. Buildertrend, the app that was used for my project, was very helpful. It had budget/payment info, a live work schedule, pictures, communication, etc. I appreciated that! I've had major construction done in my house two other times and was happy both times. “5 stars for the bakery - nowhere else in Monroe (at least outside Main St) has daily (twice daily sometimes) fresh-baked, FRESH bread from an in-store bakery. It's so much better tasting than the packaged/brand name loaves. The Italian loaf is my favorite, but today they also had garlic & herb French loaf. And they sell it sliced and unsliced. The bakery staff are really nice and helpful. Because it's fresh bread, it will go stale after one or two days. This is kinda what I want as it means it's not full of random emulsifiers and stabilizers to keep it "fresh" for weeks on end (like the branded loaves in the normal supermarket aisle).”

I had just purchased a new truck from them (after mine went down - during our busy season) and even though their service loaner was being used by another customer, they purchased a brand new chip truck off their own lot and added it to their service/loaner fleet just to honor their commitment to limit my downtime if the new truck should have issues. To be clear, that’s an $80k+ truck they purchased! They just earned a customer for life. Also, bought a bandit chipper/grinder from them in the past and they are rock solid pieces of equipment.”
