“I was having back pain & the word that kept coming to my friends mind was Reflexology. So I listened to the word of knowledge she got & looked into it. I scrolled through a couple places but Serenity Sole Reflexology caught my eye. Gretchen called me and talked with me on the phone for 27 minutes between asking me how I heard about Reflexology and a few other questions. She even took the time to talk to me about what Reflexology is truly about. I was in awh. When I had my appointment, she took notes as to what I was looking for and then I let her goto work. I have struggled with being relaxed in the past with things, but not here...not this appointment. I told myself to relax and I allowed myself to trust her with what she was doing. She asked me a few questions based off of the beginning of what my feet looked like and just the beginning touches of it. And at the end she was able to tell me based off what she felt on my feet exactly some of the things I have been struggling with in my body. Spot on. By the end of the appointment, I was still awake, but I was so relaxed that I lifted my head but my body wouldn't move for a moment. It was amazing. I'm definitely coming back to see Gretchen and I will be recommending my friends. I look forward to many more sessions and understanding a little more about my body and allowing Gretchen to help me work through it. The atmosphere is peaceful, the music is soothing. Her voice is gentle and calm and her hands are soft. This appointment Blessed me.”
