Nolan and Jeff were super professional. So lucky this company is right down the road from us! We had a back up and they were here within the hour. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

We are new owners of a home with a septic tank and although the tank was serviced and inspected when we purchased two years later the pump died and our alarm failed. The tank overflowed into our yard and we didn’t know that to do. A Wesco was the first place we called and they had a truck out the next day on Friday. Josh pumped the tank and answered all my questions. He explained that we needed a new pump and floats and the alarm fixed. The estimate was more than we were expecting but after some research we figured out it was reasonable given the repairs needed. The pump install crew came out on Monday on time and had everything done in a few hours. Larry and Kyler were able to reuse our alarm box by simply tying down the float that wasn’t connected prior. Larry can be a little grumpy but is a nice guy after you get to know him. Sounded like they didn’t have a good morning. We are so thankful they were able to fix us up so quickly, answer all our questions and there were no additional charges than what they quoted.

We had a septic tank backing up due to a clogged d-box and broken cement pipe to the d-box. A Wesco was able to come out on very short noticed to drain the tank so we could continue using our appliances. Later that same week they came out to dig and inspect more of the septic system to get us back in service quickly.

Their price was great, they were extremely responsive and on time, and taught me a lot about how the system works and it's current working condition. Would highly recommend A Wesco for any residential septic system needs.
