My parents have stayed here everytime they e come over from Eastern Wa to visit me and they love it. It’s a nice, quiet, familiar place for them. Due to their declining health issues, I needed to cancel my mother’s reservation with less notice than required for a full refund. I sent a message to to the inn and not only did they waive the fees, but they called and let me know that the wished the best and that my family was in their thoughts. That level of personalized service and compassion will keep us as loyal customers and evangelists of this lovely inn for life. I am truly grateful.
My husband and I stayed here for 5 days; we loved it! The staff is very friendly, there's one of my coffee stands right in the parking lot (with also excellent staff, open 24/7!). Since the coffee stand is always open they always keep an eye out on the parking lot for the hotel and the tenants cars. We even got accidentally locked out of our room and they were able to fix our card when the main office was closed so we could get back in (this was at almost 2am haha). Very convenient location; it's right down the way from Main street where all the cute antique shops and bars and cafés are. We were able to walk around town easily from here. There's a Rite Aid across the street too. We didn't hear other hotel guests. They are pet friendly too. They only had a room with two beds available for us since this was a short notice trip, but we still loved it.
The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is our beds were pretty hard and we like softer mattresses. I feel like they should upgrade their mattresses when they get the chance. If they did that we would stay here every time we visit our home state! We want to visit again during the Holidays. This is definitely a contender for our stay during that time. Anyone who has family in the Snohomish area I would say consider it as it is much safer than staying in Everett or Lynnwood.
The building is old but we’ll maintained and so the curb appeal is great. The friendliness of all the staff and people In Snohomish was above and beyond what we’ve become use to. Our room was clean and fresh. All in all a wonderful weekend. I will definitely recommend this place to others.
Great location and close to lots of fun. We biked from the inn and had a blast, used the trails, discovered great food, a farmers market, fantastic quilt shop and more. The front desk clerk was knowledgeable about local happenings, best pizza and how to park our big truck in Seattle. Honestly they made our trip so much better! The down side was the cleanliness of the room, it was okay but really needed a deep clean. Don't drop anything behind the bedside table and you'll never notice. We will stay here again.
