Maltby Community Park

2 netted Baseball Fields. A small swing and play equipment area for children, and an enormous grass field where groups often hold soccer practice (in season).
Luckily there are restrooms here.
There is also a walking track around the perimeter of the swings and smaller field. It backs onto bushy vacant land, so beware of wild animals that are sometimes spotted around the area, or try to avoid going at dusk or dawn. Never seen any myself, but it's just something to be cautious about. My dogs (and I) have picked up the scent of something and they have wanted to run into the bushes.
Parking lot is quite large, but it has large potholes in some areas, so drive slowly.

Wide open soccer and baseball fields. Clean bathrooms and shaded park benches for sitting and enjoying a cool breeze. Good place for social distancing as there lots is space. Glad the bathrooms are still open and being cleaned as well.

Maltby park is a great place to fly RC planes when the field is unoccupied. The park itself is always clean and well maintained. Definitely a nice place to go with the family.

Good size play area and nice big baseball fields. Located right off highway 522. There's a coffee stand right across the street and Flower World is only a minute away! (We like to visit this park after s trip to Flower World.)
Honestly, haven't gone here in the last year but visited many times over the years. We use the bathrooms once, they were decent.
