New Ground Counseling

Have been seeing Michelle at New Ground Counseling for over 6 months now and I cannot say enough how grateful we are for Michelle's patient and intelligent counseling for our child. I highly recommend Michelle for anyone who is looking for help for their child, she is an amazing and caring therapist who clearly puts in time above and beyond what is called for to find pathways for growth for each child's unique situation.

I've actually met with a few different counselors here, including Josh and Sam, and I currently meet with Adam. I have been so grateful for all the time and care each one has given me. I've always felt heard and seen here and have known I am so safe. I know that God has used the care I've received here to heal my heart and keep me safe. I'm grateful I get to keep coming and continue my journey towards recovery here!

Every counselor I've met from New Ground is warm, compassionate, and attentive. They seem to understand where actual change comes from, and have proven to be willing to patiently walk with their clients toward peace, growth, and hope.

Really appreciated Josh helping me understand more about my anxieties along with biblical counseling… It’s very hard sometimes to be willing to ask for help and I found Josh to be very kind, welcoming, capable and understanding… I highly recommend Josh and New Ground Counseling for anyone who seeks to grow in their relationship with Christ and work on any personal struggles that interfere with that relationship

After a life changing injury and hard season I needed some counseling to help me process all that I had gone through. Josh Loy was very professional and very thoughtful in approaching how to help me use our time wisely to process what had happened. I always felt safe and supported. He was always well prepared for our sessions, remembering what we had already covered and thoughts on how to move forward.I would have given him 5 stars but I stopped sessions after a few months due to other therapies I had to spend my time and energy on. But for the time that I spent there I will be forever grateful for how he helped me in that season of my life and know I can always go back in the future once my other therapies have tampered off.
