They reserved one for me in the database and let me know if one came available, I'd get a phone call. I know this sounds par for the course, but some people have no concept of customer service these days. That is definitely NOT the case here. Thanks for the assist! “Overall a wonderful place with great, friendly staff. Great products and they custom blend juice!!! The gals are super friendly and helpful. They are patient and kind, understanding and really try to match you with the right set up/supplies for your needs. I recently had a really terrible experience with a specific staff member that has resulted in me not returning. I realize they have plenty of business and don't need my money that badly, but between me & my husband we easily spent a couple hundred dollars there a month. I would recommend going mon/wed/fri when the gal with the long hair is there, or any time Shelly is there you're going to get great service. As someone with 20+ years of retail, customer service and management under my belt, if it were my shop and my team I would want to know when customers were not treated respectfully, had left dissatisfied or had a not-so-great experience. I would love an email address where I could send a little feedback to the manager or owner. I didn't want to leave a scathing review because one bad experience doesn't define a company or the entire team. They really are lovely folks and carry quality goods.”

“We came her for lunch yesterday. We used the self order kiosk. The user interface was quite easy to use! Our food was served hot and fresh. The manager was kind enough to inform us our meal was ready since we didn't get a text notification. I got the macaroni grilled cheese sandwich with French onion soup (extra cheese). Though the soup lacked broth flavor they used gruyere cheese which is always the best cheese for French onion soup and many places don't use it. So props to panera. The sandwich was cheesy and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The side of French bread was a little stale and tough but it was perfect for dipping in my soup. My wife got an iced caramel machiato drink, which tasted "a little milky" perhaps because of the shear volume of whip cream which melted over time. She got the pepperoni flatbread and really liked it. When I tried a slice, I thought it was lacking in sauce, but I guess "flatbread" pizza isn't supposed to have too much sauce. The fruit cup we got had fresh and juicy chunks of pineapple, melon, and honeydew melon . We ended with a cookie which was large and quite delicious. It was firm, dense, but chewy with lots of chocolate. Our meal cost $33 which is fair since panera is a step up from fast food. Will be back!”
