“They boiled, pressure tested and flow tested the radiator for my old 340-powered Plymouth. Found a fissure in the top tank, repaired & re-tested. Very reasonable, so I pulled the radiator from an F350 I bought from a friend's dad's estate- it had sat in Oregon's cattle country for 2.5 years, so figured I would find an issue or 4. Jerry tested & told me to get a new, all-aluminum replacement version at Performance. Respecting his honestly, I just gave them my re-vamped Travco motor home radiator to boil out, flow & pressure test. They came through again, getting it clean inside & out, and it is in perfect shape now.”

“I found them competant and effective. I brought them a vehicle that needed a fuel pump and ended up with a fuel pump replacement, a tune up, hydraulic line flush, door window repair and new door locks. Although they kept finding things to fix and charge me for, I appreciated that everything they did do, improved the overall operation of my vehicle. I didn't get the feeling they were trying to screw me over. But for each item they had to fix they had to charge. They always called me and communicated well as to how much more they would need to have such repaired. Nothing is free or cheap for quality work. And i agreed to the work. It took them a month to get everything done, but my truck now runs better than when I bought it. I would recommend thier mechanical expertise. But know why you have your vehicle there and stick to a plan so you don't end up with a repair bill you can't afford.”

I've had them do over 100 transmission repairs for my dealership and I can remember only one time we had a comeback (and that was resolved immediately). Very good repair quality. Honesty in transmission repairs is HUGE! Several times I had brought them a car expecting to spend several thousand but they found the problem to be a couple hundred dollar repair. Not all shops do this! I would highly recommend A to Z transmission.”

“After asking the Toyota dealership that I purchased from to change my brakes at my last oil change , them telling me they didn't need to be changed , then me calling again- and again, them telling me no that my brakes had 75% left on them and did not need to be done. I called Blockers Auto Service. I knew my truck was making unusual sounds and I was now not sure what it was and Toyota wanted to charge me $150 to figure it out ! When I asked for them to show me where to replenish a particular liquid, they didn't hesitate to open the hood and guide me - very patient and great customer service there! Upon guiding me to my power steering portal, they realized they made a mistake with their initial assessment, and quickly informed me of their mistake. They could've taken advantage of me as I am not mechanically inclined, but they chose to be up front. 1. Great customer service, and not just with me, but with everyone who called in while I waited, and everyone in the waiting room. 2. No negative vibes upon entering establishment. 3. It's always a good idea to have the mechanics physically show you what is what under the hood. They are still human, after all.”
