“Curtis did an outstanding job on my windshield repair. He is a great communicator in coordinating the appointment, preferred vendor for insurance (repair fully covered), and the repair looks fantastic. He also went above and beyond with my repair... I ended up in a meeting at the time of repair I could not get out of so left the garage open and keys in car for him to do the repair. Ended up my battery was dead but he needed to start the car to warm the windshield. He got the car jump started and running, which took extra time for him and he was still super positive and thankful for using his service. Great guy, fantastic repair. I wouldn't consider anyone else for any windshield repairs for me or my family and you shouldn't either :).”

“Happily writing my first unquestionable 5 star review in quite a while for Seattle Tires. I dropped off my wheel and tire with a broken valve stem this morning. By lunch time, they had pulled it apart and were able to salvage my expensive TPMS sensor by replacing just the broken part of it with a spare he had. Friendly and quick communication throughout too. All of this for the same price that one of the national chains charges just to break the bead on a tire... My only regret is that I didn't get the gentleman's name to thank him here by name! “Mr Sass was completely honest and thorough with his estimate. He actually asked me to consider buying a new seat (difficult for my bike at 15years old). His backlog was appx 6 weeks... another marker of a quality business in demand. But when it was time to fit my seat, he asked me to come in and review the foam cut/seat fit as I remember. (With motorcycle handling and control, it is critical that the seat fits very well between the riders legs) After listening request for some small changes, he finished by recovering the seat, and made sure that it was completely within the original estimate. “Great service! Tanya and Andy are really nice.. We've taken several cars over the decade. Recently, we did took our brothers Lexus GS in to get tinted and called us to let us know that his window wad already tinted with a lighter tint. So, they would have to take the old tint out put in the new tint but warned us that sometimes part of rear window defroster sticks to the old tint and comes off. They perfectly removed the old tint without any damage to the defroster. They gave us a call when the were 1/2 hour from completing the work and another when they were done. Great job... Will come back again.”

“We recently had a issue with our vehicle while dining at 5 Church. The manager Chad was very quick to assess the damage, take pictures and share his contact info. We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces.
