“They never ordered my prescription/informed of a back order. When i called to check on it, i was left on hold for 20 minutes until after they closed. While this was a bad experience for me, i chose to write a positive review because i appreciate them being there and i could see the frazzled situation behind the counter but they were still doing their best. The people in this pharmacy are over worked and under staffed. I put in a prescription Friday and they did not stock the item. It was an emergency situation where I needed blood clot injection medication and luckily I had a few injections from a prior blood clot. anyway, the pharmacy tech said they would have it on monday. It is now tuesday and i was left on hold past the time they closed. i choose to believe that wasn’t done intentionally.”

“I’ve been working on cars and dealing with auto parts store for over 15 years, and there have been times when I’ve had to push the store clerk aside and show them exactly what it is that I am looking for, because have the time they have no idea what’s what…. However when going to Advanced auto in Watauga off Denton Highway, I was able to speak to someone who was phenomenal!!! CHAD!!!! I never write reviews, but I feel like with the exceptional customer service that was delivered but Chad I had to speak up! Chad was great, he's knowledgeable when it comes to parts, he’s knowledgeable about the warranties, and he did not leave me with a headache like some of the others at this store. I called he was able to look up my part, did the warranty exchange with no hassle, heck he even had my replacement part waiting for me when I pulled up. Once again THANK YOU CHAD!!!! You are freaking awesome!!!”

“Dr. Shen has been my primary doctor for the past five and half years, and I can honestly say she is thorough, compassionate, and makes the time to know and understand her patients care needs. I am so thankful to have wandered into her clinic when I moved here. Very appreciative of the wonderful care I've received from her over the years. She has made herself available for last minute appointments despite her full schedule and has sent me in the right directions for ensuring I get excellent care from specialists when needed. She always checks blood work on an annual physical, and because of her fast deductions I was able to find out I was pregnant at just 3 weeks! Cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for me and my family. Thank you Dr. Shen!”

I continue with him due to his professionalism, knowledge of Dentistry and his efforts to continue educating himself through dental and oral care seminars, classes and reading. He is always aware and sensitive to patient feedback whether it be in the chair while he is performing procedures that have the potential to cause patient pain or in talking about patient needs and budget while putting together a long term patient care plan. He is very focused on what his patients want and need. He is a good listener. His staff follow his lead and are top notch, providing friendly professional care at all times. I will plan to continue with Dr. Linari till my teeth are gone or I am. Most likely my teeth will be around a lot longer than me thanks to Dr. Linari's and his staff's care. In full disclosure Dr. Linari is a good friend of mine but this friendship is the result in part of the great care he has provided me with as my dentist for several years.”

“I went to the Midwifery at Providence for my first pregnancy and it wasn’t bad at all, but I wanted to see just 1 doctor for my 2nd child. The baby is still brewing though. I decided to see Dr. Knapp and he is great. I also did a little research on him prior to scheduling and although young, he was my choice. It’s important that I feel comfortable, validated and just happy with my doctors and I am all of these with him. He is very thorough, informative, non-judging and just seems to be a really good human. So far I am very pleased with all my interactions with him.”

“I have been a patient here for 2 years. Most of the staff are like family. Friendly, easy to talk to. They listen to my needs. They solve problems and make every patient feel like we are the only patient. They know their patients and are dedicated to their work. They don't get paid enough for the conditions they work in and still mannage to save lives daily. The manager also works as a technician on the floor. I have never seen that in my 7 years of dialysis treatments. I love them so much. I am so grateful to have them as my support team”
