“Karen, Reynaldo, and July came at 7:55 am in my parking lot and waited for the 8 am scheduled pack-move-unpack service for my 2br apartment to another unit in the same apartment. I am extremely impressed by how affordable and well-executed service they were able to provide. The whole service took a little over 7hr, as they informed us at midway. No hidden fees and they listed out all charges prior for me to agree to give my business. As a Korean household, my partner and I had quite high expectations and they did not disappoint. This smooth and headache-free experience actually allowed us to be able to enjoy the new place and enjoy the rest of the evening. I highly encourage any potential interested parties to contact the business and discuss in detail about household size and logistics prior (i.e. i sent them various photos of the apartment so they became aware of what to expect). “We have used this company many times now. But our main big move, was 4bed with 2 sheds full of everything. This company didn't break one thing, as we normally break multiple things during a move. I was really pleased on how fast and quickly they moved everything. Even setting up the main items, like beds in each room to make our 1st night that much easier. They unloaded all items to each rooms, dressers, tvs. They covered and wrapped all our tvs and important furniture. Laying out floor mats to keep things clean too. Plus put items in our out buildings too. Just made this big move so much easier, because moving is hard. We have shared this company with plenty others, and they had the same experience. Easy to communicate, fast time with quality, great pricing, and very accommodating to all needs. Highly recommended for all moving needs!! So happy to be able to share this company with others.”

“Called in to schedule a pick up and delivery. I have made multiple phone calls over the past few weeks trying to figure out prices and what I need and how this work (we usually don't need other companies to deliver for us, but this door is larger than most and we forgot to do job site delivery). Everyone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in helping me figure out pricing and what I needed. I called today to schedule pick up and delivery for next week. I spoke with Adrienne. She was absolutely amazing - she helped me with a bill of lading template and emailed me all of the information I would need to put on it to ensure our timelines were met and our technician wasn't waiting around to load and unload. She was informational, professional, friendly, and had the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. It is hard to know what to do and to set up things like this for the first time when you have zero idea what you are doing. Should I ever need to again, I will be calling them.
