“I lived at Keelers Corner for 2 years, May 2020 - May 2022. Great size 2 bedroom ground floor unit apartment. Great size porches. Great layout of the floor plans. Kitchen cabinets paint chips after a little while so I personally think they need to remodel their kitchens and update them. The cabinets are on the tail end. Pool was in working order during on season. Great little fitness gym. The basketball court could use brighter lighting. The staff were helpful and proactive. Maintenance fixed all natural issues in a timely manner. Too much dog poop throughout the community the entirety of me living there. I did have my bike stolen from my back porch so just secure it well. I would recommend this place to my friends. I say the dog poop is really the only drawback. No longer having dogs in the complex would help this place greatly! Thank you Keelers Corner for doing a great job!”

“We have lived here just over 4 years now, and love it! We were in a one bedroom when we first moved in, and about two years ago we transferred to a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. Annamarie was so helpful and patient with our millions of questions as we went through the transfer process. She is always so friendly and pleasant, whenever you need anything. We are so glad we choose Bailey Farm when we moved to Bothell. This is hands-down the best apartment complex in the area. We love the layout of our apartment and all of the modern details (flooring, appliances, cabinets). Our guests often comment on how they forget they are in an apartment. We love the view of the nature preserves and how close it is to North Creek park. The amenities are great—fitness center has anything you could possibly need, fire pit, outdoor fireplace, BBQ grill, pool/hot tub and clubhouse. Maintenance issues are handled swiftly and professionally, and the grounds are kept immaculate (clean and well manicured). Other residents are friendly and the property has a great vibe. We definitely recommend living here!”

“I moved in to Westend (formerly Westwood Crossing) mid-remodel a couple years ago. Inside, new vinyl windows, appliances, counters and cabinets, flooring, carpet, fixtures etc. Outside, updated lighting, landscaping, awnings over the doorways, the asphalt was redone, parking spaces were repainted, and new roofing was installed. The complex is modern, stylish and meticulously maintained. I find the staff to be very professional, caring and respectful. The manager and assistant manager are friendly and efficient. I've had a couple instances in my unit needing attention; Both matters were handled immediately and effectively. During the snowmageddon last February, I emerged from my unit to discover that not only had the sidewalks been shoveled, but also salted! Management recently started a monthly newsletter that informs residents of community activities like Movie Nights and Dessert Parties. A new online resident portal came online as well; It's a place to quickly find information, submit work orders, pay rent, etc. Important announcements are also texted out to residents. The attention to detail the staff expends on running this property makes me feel like a valued member of the community. These people give a darn and it shows. I recommend this property to everyone looking for a place to live.”
