“This place was a lifesaver for me and my husband. We had gotten into town later than expected from bringing a new trailer home. Turned out after multiple tries there was no way of getting in our driveway without bottoming out. We were in a real pickle! It was dark and raining and we didn't have any options. I did a Google search and this was the only one that said "closes soon" It was about 4:59pm and I think they close at 5pm. I called and reached one of the owners, Dana. She was so kind. She told me that they were not at the lot. I told her my predicament and asked if she had any advice. She said, "let me call you back." She got back to me within 5 minutes and said she had an opening at their Snohomish lot and would have someone there to help me! Unbelievable! I couldn't sign the contract right away because I wasn't at a computer but they just kept making allowances for us! We got to the lot and Lance showed up right then. Nicest guy! He helped us get turned around and into a spot, once again in the dark and rain. He could not have been nicer. Their helper Jessica was super nice and efficient and sent us all the paperwork via email. Everyone involved just went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. I strongly recommend this place and these people.”

When we were in a pinch and possibly needed a bigger unit, when we had a larger unit already, we planned maybe on moving our business elsewhere, but they kept us there with the promise that we could have the largest unit for the same price we were paying. It really helps us out a lot as we were transitioning into a new job position, and having an infant at the time, I was always trying to figure out juggling life with a baby and possibly moving units! They make us feel welcomed there, and always greet us with a smile. We were referred there by family who had been using this facility for years, and they have never done us wrong. The facility itself is nice, large, no major problems & always great to access it when we need to. Thanks to the staff for making our lives that much easier.”

Pascal was very helpful and informative, he ordered the supplies needed and had everything at the worksite on time. The crew worked long hard days, never complaining, they were meticulous, very impressive. I was nervous at times but the crew leader had everything under control. I now have a beautiful new roof.
