“The original ownership and management was amazing fotcghexfurstcfewxyearsxif ownership. Then the cafe was sold to an inexperienced immigrant that tried hard but didn’t really understand the needs of such a business. He sold it to a Korean person who thought he could specialize in his ethnic fare but it was a bad idea and the entire environment was abandoned and everything crashed. No surprise. Such a great concept and first class service that made the CAVU popular lost forever. Thank you Jim Turcott of PDS Engineering for giving us this great little cafe to begin with. Nothing lasts forever though I guess. 🥵”

“This new location is slightly challenging to enter by car but once inside or drive up you’ll find a cozy atmosphere and very, very friendly, efficient and helpful staff.”

“I love this sweet little coffee shop in the heart of Carnation. They've [semi] recently renovated and added a lot more inside and outside seating, and it looks great. It's comfortable and stylish, and a lovely place to have a quiet coffee. I haven't tried the food here, but the coffee is quality (in the opinion of this coffee snob 😉), the staff are welcoming and kind, service is fast, and they do the best Pup Cups! (Be sure to tip well if you get one of these, cos they are generous) There's drive-through service, a small amount of parking directly behind it, there's a group room on the main level, and I think there's even office space or group rooms for rent upstairs (but check with them, obv, in case that's ceased)”

“It was super busy and the clerk had some issues with my transaction processing, thus making for a longer wait but she gifted me my coffee, corrected the transaction and all is well. I stop in here a few times a year while visiting family and it's always exactly what it should be.”

“I got the green protein shake it was delicious as usual. My husband got the peppermint crunch mocha and did not like his. He said it was not mocha enough. I didn't drink his, so I am unsure of what that means, but I do know we asked for drinkable, and it did come like that. Aways delicious for me.”

“Service here is always friendly and quick. They know the menu forwards, backwards, upside down, and are quick to offer solutions to supply issues. Even on a busy day, the wait isn’t bad, and I’ve even seen them have a runner come out to take orders in advance to keep the line moving.”

“I ordered a black coffee from the Starbucks location via drive-thru, since I was in a hurry and they had a very short line. I usually don't order black coffee from Starbucks, since it's expensive compared to other competitors, but convenience was my primary concern during this visit. My order was seamless and the staff was very friendly.”

“As a European, I have a fond appreciation of this Kaffeehaus. Nestling in and sipping their specialties served with sparkling lavender soda makes me feel as though I teleported to Europe. This is my favorite place for Kaffee, and the Traditional Viennese etiquette is admirable + respectable ☕️ I love meeting up here with my European friends! Pro-tip: Read their website before you arrive so you have an idea of what to expect! This is unlike your typical American coffee shop or cafe.”

“Usually Starbucks does not waver from their standard recipes but I have had a few occasions as of late that I am able ask for variations and actually get them. It makes it nice for those that don't typically care for Starbuck.”

“Got an iced dirty chai latte. The food and service were great but the placement of the fireworks tent blocked any possibility of driving forward to exit the drive thru, the only option was to reverse about a car length and then turn out.”

“Amazing! Great staff, great service! Great coffee, made the same everytime which seems hard for other coffee places lol So it's a relief that I've had the same great tasting coffee every time I've ordered! The sandwiches are AMAZING! So fresh tasting! Definitely worth it! Love Brooke and Taylor!! They are the best!”

“Neat concept, a coffee shack on the side of the road, barely visible (thanks google), drive through only. Two girls work there, very nice, friendly, even though there's a big line of cars. Takes only a minute to make a really nice latte, cardamom honey. And it tastes great. A tad expensive at 6.15$ each for 16oz though but this is Seattle, your $ is worth near nothing here. Everything is stupid expensive, so just spend it, and leave fast as you can. 6$ bagels, 6$ gas, can be found here as well. Too bad it's very pretty city, when weather is good.”

“This place had amazing food! Everything we ordered tasted delicious! My girlfriend and I were fighting over the chai shake, which you have to try. And the sandwiches were really good too. The atmosphere was very nice and it felt comfortable. We walked away very full and happy. Can't recommend enough!”

“The coffee was very rich without tasting burnt. Prices are very reasonable, and the customer service was fantastic. They were quick and even offered a treat for our pup (who was very appreciative). It's a little out of the way for me but definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.”

“Love this place. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The vacuums are always in good working order. They have a large waiting room inside and a place outside for customers getting their cars detailed. UPDATE: I Forgot to mention one very important thing. The restroom was the cleanest public restroom I have EVER been in. On my way out I said and I meant it, "Whoever cleaned that bathroom deserves a raise". It turns out it was the young lady at the front counter who did it. I didn't get her name but it was Wednesday, 08/30/23 around 2:30 or 3:00.”

“Great breakfast options until 2pm. Situated in the Port Townsend Boat Haven/marina. Parking was tricky, but after almost completing a circle around the building, I found a parking spot next to a beautiful wooden boat. I ordered a mimosa, which came in a juice glass. We got there about 1120 am on a Monday and beat the rush. We watched a few parties get.put on a wait, but not for very long. In good weather, there are picnic tables for outdoor eating. I had the super veggie has deluxe with bacon, over medium eggs and toast. It was AMAZING!!! My friend got the South of the border scramble and enjoyed it.”

“I have to start by saying that the baristas were excellent in making a delicious cookies and cream beverage for my daughter. I was amazed that they were able to get anything done with a smile in a cramped space infestated with wasps. I would give 10 stars for the drink itself, but... I would really appreciate a set up that is a bit more hygienic. A girl who made my daughter's drink held the cup, then picked up the trash from the floor and dumped it into the trash can, continued to prepare the drink, took a quick pause to fix her hair, then moved the trash container with her hands, squeezed the whipped cream, opened the jar with the cherries, reached in and grabbed a cherry with her fingers and set it on top on the whipped cream - all the actions were made with no interruption to sanitize her hands before handling any of the food items. In the end she grabbed the straw (that was not wrapped in paper) and inserted it into the cup. I don't blame the girl for one single bit, but I do blame the owner of the business. The girls need to be trained in food handling, they should wear some kind of covering on their hair, they should be given utensils to handle cherries and cookies that are used to top the beverages and should be provided with sanitizer and gloves. That being said, my daughter, who unfortunately is not as germophobic as me, thoroughly enjoyed her drink. And of course she took a picture that is included in this review.”
