“This 5 star is for their POPCORN CHICKEN. (have not tried their other stuff) It is the best I had for years! After you had one order, you will be finding yourself coming for more. I can say that the taste is the same or on par of authentic Taiwanese popcorn chicken that they sale at the frying food stalls. (not sure if they are Taiwanese operated.) The spices, the oil, and the chicken all seem like they were imported from Taiwan.”

Her diligence while we figured out what to remove from the ordered items was above and beyond thoughtful. And in return, I made it easier for her as well. I then just told her to keep whatever it was off that she has already done. So Great. However, at the next window, the person handing over the bag was blunt, put out, and overall just unpersonable. And. Oh the big And! My double quarter pounder was pretty two to three full hand fulls of raw onions! I did not order any extra onions. I usually like the menu item the way it is. But, as that stop was completely out of my normal place that I pass, I just. Didn't bother calling. But I should have. Because one mile later my first fry was tried. And it was coated in salt. Just wow. Omg yuck”

“We came her for lunch yesterday. We used the self order kiosk. The user interface was quite easy to use! Our food was served hot and fresh. The manager was kind enough to inform us our meal was ready since we didn't get a text notification. I got the macaroni grilled cheese sandwich with French onion soup (extra cheese). Though the soup lacked broth flavor they used gruyere cheese which is always the best cheese for French onion soup and many places don't use it. So props to panera. The sandwich was cheesy and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The side of French bread was a little stale and tough but it was perfect for dipping in my soup. My wife got an iced caramel machiato drink, which tasted "a little milky" perhaps because of the shear volume of whip cream which melted over time. She got the pepperoni flatbread and really liked it. When I tried a slice, I thought it was lacking in sauce, but I guess "flatbread" pizza isn't supposed to have too much sauce. The fruit cup we got had fresh and juicy chunks of pineapple, melon, and honeydew melon . We ended with a cookie which was large and quite delicious. It was firm, dense, but chewy with lots of chocolate. Our meal cost $33 which is fair since panera is a step up from fast food. Will be back!”
