I e-mailed back and forth to make sure they were the right place for what I wanted, and they 100% were the best fit for the job. If you need new tires on your bike THIS IS THE PLACE! I was told that my tires would be ready by the end of the day... and they were; however, I wasn't able to pick them up. So the nice people at Motoco held onto them for another day until I was able to swing by and grab them. “Had an amazing experience with these guys today. Changed out the hybrid battery in my 2007 Prius for a refurbished one, they were able to get me in the next day. Heidi handled the business side of it, incredibly professional and wonderful to work with. Joe got me scheduled right away, and Mo came out to do the work the next morning. Very fun and hassle-free experience working with these guys, I can't recommend it enough. Sure, the battery probably won't last but another 3 years, but the car itself was at the point that it was needing to get changed out anyways. I opted to spend less for the refurbished one and take my chances because a brand new one would be double the price. A 1-year warranty is included on all the refurbished batteries, as well. I will definitely call on these guys again if I need more help with my Prius battery in the future. Thanks so much!”

“I ran into a yellow pole in a drive thru and dented my husbands brand new truck on a Saturday. Monday I called and left a message with ACC. They called me back a few hours later, they were actually out of town and in between flights. The owner had me text him pictures of the damage so he could get back to me ASAP with a quote before he boarded his next flight. He gave me two quotes the more expensive option to get the truck back literally perfect and the lesser option he said the damage could be fixed by about 90% and I decided to go with the lesser of the two (knowing we could always decide when we went to pick up the truck that we could always pay the difference to get the truck perfect if we weren’t satisfied). He told me to drop the truck off at 8am Tuesday (the next day!!!) and that the truck would be ready (the day after) Wednesday mid day. They called us at 3pm on Wednesday to come pick up the truck and when we got there it was literally perfect!!!! We were blown away. They were so amazing and even washed the truck for us. The black trim piece above the wheel well needed to be replaced and they called SO many dealerships trying to find it and none had it in stock it was back ordered for months. They finally found a dealer who had ONE and had to talk them into selling it to them and then overnighting it so our truck could be done in such a timely manner. SERIOUSLY impressed with these guys and will never use a different body shop in the future, we will recommend all of our friends and family to use them too!”

“I brought my Cx5 to the crew at Pineapple Express Auto Salon and I picked it up looking cleaner and newer than when i drove it off the lot. Mind you it also had terrible sap spots from the cottonwood tree on our property. Polished Image chose the path of honesty and integrity on an accident they caused. I brought my brand new car in to have the calipers painted. At some point in the process, their techs accidentally nicked my brake line causing it to become compromised. They investigated and said "yes, this was our accident, we will take care of it." They immediately took the car in, gave me a loaner, replaced the brake lines, and dropped my car off for me within a few days. No debate, no cost. Just impeccable customer service and honesty.
