Brian and his team are simply the best at what they do. They are phenomenal to work with, do absolutely killer work, and are extremely professional.

I wish more shops in the area were as honest, easy going, and professional as the team at Polished Image Detailing.

Wow just wow …phenomenal customer service Brian and his partner I forget his name are incredible not only They are but also the staff I was recommended by another vendor as I was freaking out that my Honda type R got scraped on two rims and I went all around looking for repairs and cannot find anyone finally a vendor recommend me here. They drove me back home and also repaired my rim to the point that I could not notice or know where the damage was. And even then when I inquired about other services, he stated that they have loaners in case I needed to have a car while they worked on my second project with them I was just blown away. Not even the dealership usually helps you with these sort of issues a provides a loaner without you paying for it. I definitely recommend coming here and I can’t wait to continue doing business here.

Very, VERY impressed with Polished Image Detailing. Was the service and quality of work great? You bet it was. However, that's not what impressed me. Polished Image chose the path of honesty and integrity on an accident they caused.

I brought my brand new car in to have the calipers painted. At some point in the process, their techs accidentally nicked my brake line causing it to become compromised. They investigated and said "yes, this was our accident, we will take care of it." They immediately took the car in, gave me a loaner, replaced the brake lines, and dropped my car off for me within a few days. No debate, no cost. Just impeccable customer service and honesty.

As long as I live in the area I am going to bring my vehicles back to Polished Image for any work they can support and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Polished Image does high quality work for a lot of high end cars in the area. Great service and staff. If there any issues that come up during your detail or window tint job, they are quick to resolve them.
