He exchanged the wrong one for the right one and he even helped me with a recommendation as to where to get a new casing for my tail light for cheap. After asking for a couple estimates elsewhere and being told it’d be at least 2 weeks before someone could come out, Ed not only came much sooner, but the estimate he gave us didn’t feel like we were being taken advantage of. Delivery of materials was a bit of a wait, as to be expected during this time, but at least we had a plan in place to fix the broken window that was dangerously accessible to our small kids. Then, Ed came out during the height of the heatwave to help us. I highly recommend this business. I suspect we got lucky and they are booked out now too, but I think the wait would be worth it.”
