“Angelo took my information and promptly replied to me with a quote on the tire size I requested and gave me three separate options. I made a selection and the tires were there the next day the following day they replaced 2 of my tires. Not only did they mountain balance on but he actually took the time to sandblast the rims and get the oxidation off there so I will not suffer from the annoying rim leaks. I did not request this and that is why I took the time to give them five stars. Good customer service is impossible to find these days but there still may be a few this is one of them”

“Sam and his team really went above and beyond to take care of me. I work in the Kent area only infrequently, when my voltage light came on I called Sam and he was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem, a bad alternator, they tracked one down and replaced it all while I waited. Unfortunately this isn’t the end of the story. The alternator they put in was a defective rebuild, though this wasn’t Ace auto repairs fault, Sam and his team went above and beyond yet again to work with my schedule and swap in a replacement which then fixed the problem. I would whole heartedly recommend this shop.”
