Justin came to my home to provide the estimate. He listened to my goals, made some suggestions, but didn't try to upsell me. I decided to go with Queen Anne based on my comfort level and on the price. Everything about working with Justin and Isabella and the rest of the crew (especially Adam) at Queen Anne was easy. And I was billed exactly as set forth in the estimate/bid. Additionally, after Queen Anne Electric had installed the new service, I realized I needed an additional circuit installed for my new heating system (there was a miscommunication with the heating company as to whether the heating company would run the circuit). But Queen Anne came to the rescue and fit me into a slot in their schedule on short notice. I'm really happy with their service and would recommend Queen Anne Electric without reservation.”

First of all, Brannon is both very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explains everything about the job in clear detail, and asks questions that help you figure out exactly what you need from the work as well. In our case he suggested small changes to the planned install that will make future work easier. This is very appreciated. He arrived on time, worked very carefully and did not rush. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself, and did a very thorough job sealing the wall he was working in. He even took pictures of what he did behind the sheetrock as a future reference.
