“Dave from Ralph's Pump and Well was was excellent all around, and he saved me literally thousands of dollars. My well went out on a weekend, and I knew they didn't work weekends, but I called anyhow and got through to him. I paid another company to come out Sat., and they had given me what I figured what a very high estimate (lowest option $11,500!) . Dave told me he was usually 25-30% less than them, and could come out Mon. When he arrived, he diagnosed a different problem, noted that the set-up had been done by an amateur (correct; it was a local farmer) and gave me a lower estimate. We still replaced the pump itself, too, as he pointed out the expense was mostly labor he'd already be doing and the pump was pretty old. Once he was finished, he then told me it would be $1000 less than the estimate I had signed, as he didn't have to go as deep. I would have given him that extra $1000 without ever knowing, and yet he had the integrity to let me know it was less!! My final bill was literally less than 1/2 of what the other company quoted, and he knew far better what was going on. Thank you, Dave!!”

“Poles were being replaced and power was scheduled to be out for 6 hours. my wife is on oxygen, they said they could help us out. when they got ready to turn power off they brought over a generator with a cord to reach the oxygen concentrator so we didn't have to worry about time. the work was done quickly i had portable for her, but the battery would have needed charging in the car. luckily they were very quick, even if i did need to charge in car it would only have been maybe 20 minutes. very nice, efficient and polite. “In the summer of 2019, Peninsula Electric was a godsend when I needed electrical work wiring a large shed I had added to my property. Al came to my house to discuss the project and walked the area. He had some questions for me such as heat, end use, etc. The quote I received was affordable for me and I could not be more happy with the work completed by Marty - well done sir!!! The majority of their work was completed quickly, and then they allowed me time to finish the interior prior to them finishing the outlets and fixtures. No pressure knowing it might take a few weeks at the most. Then COVID hit and my project came to a complete halt... I could not get the interior finish work contracted and completed due to the restrictions etc... this caused about a 10 month delay on my end. Once I did get the interior finished this last Summer/Fall, they jumped me right back on schedule with no problem and came to finish their portion of the work. Very easy outfit to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend them.
