“We went to pick up a graduation present for my son. He wanted a hamster 🐹. After calling around and visiting a few shops we ended up here at the Valley Stream location. Our salesperson(Courtney) was amazing (5/5). She was knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and made some great recommendations. Walking around the shop, receiving a care lesson all while picking up the essentials that we needed to set up our home was fun 😀. We then met a few of the hamsters. Mommy began to develop some second thoughts 😱 after the first few cages were opened but when we met Chunks(our Long Haired Syrian Hamster) she was totally on board 😁. Courtney transfered Chunks to a temporary carrier then walked him over to the check out counter and gave us a few more tips. We had an awesome experience. Overall the store was pretty clean, well stocked and the staff were friendly. 4 1/2 Stars.”

“I'm so happy that I can bring my dog here to the bath and not have to pay $50+ to have it done at a commercial grooming establishment. Price is good, plus my dog can pick out a toy and a treat afterward. It's almost like he is warming up to baths! Great size tubs, friendly staff (that are there to help), and they have all the supplies you need (shampoo [even for sensitive skin], conditioner, face and ear cleaner, scrubber and towels). You can also groom your dog here as well. I also like the fact that when you're done bathing/air drying your dog, you can leave, no messy clean up! They do that for you, especially since my dog sheds in the bath.”

My last visit there i mentioned that my new kitty I coughing and I have spent over 4K on vet bills to figure out what is wrong with her and we did not get any answer. There was a gentleman (I’m sorry do not know your name) probably a manager I think. He recommended us to try herbal GI support. And only after just 4 days of using the drop I do not hear my cat coughing again! She has been doing great and I can not say how thankful I’m. Sir, thank you so much for the recommendation! You made our life super better. And saved us lots of money! Because vet was planing for many other expensive tests on her but now she is totally fine. I wish I could give you 10star review! We have always been assisted by a knowledgeable, friendly staff and the selection of food, treats and products is great. I’m writing, today, because I think exceptional customer service should be called out. We purchased a bed for our boy, 6 months ago. Part of the seam stitching came apart. We were going to accept the bed’s fate (a good brand), but, I reached out to ATB and, immediately, was assisted by Owen. “No problem” was the response! The lady working their was very helpful and stayed 20-30 minutes after 7. I didn’t know the dog wash closed an hour early. But she was willing to wait. The dog wash has everything you need. “They “expelled” my dog!!! They wrote that while he wasn’t aggressive, that it could *potentially* escalate and that wasn’t a good situation for the other dogs or their staff. Can you believe that?! Not only did they reach out to apologize (when they had NO reason to apologize), but they offered to share options for training services to help improve his behavior. I know my Rocki boy isn’t a bag dog. He needs training and guidance to learn appropriate behavior in a doggy day care setting and I know that’s MY responsibility. Not theirs. They are doing the right thing to keep other dogs safe and to keep their staff safe. Rest assured your fur baby will be safe, enriched, and loved while in their care!! Highly recommended!!”
