“I had a remote start installed in my KIA Sportage a little over a week ago. From start to finish the experience was wonderful. The guys in the shop were friendly, they had my order ready to go and pulled my car in as I was leaving. They called me a few hours later to let me know my car was done and could stop by at my convenience to pick it up. When picking up my car, they explained what they did and went over the invoice with me. Also provided me with instructions for my remote start that I can carry in my wallet and also left one in my vehicle. With the weather the way it has been, I'm a happy lady getting into my nice, warm car after a long day at the office. Highly recommend Trick Trucks to anyone for their vehicle needs!”

He fixed the problem, explained all of my future options, and charged a really reasonable price! He is so courteous and polite. “Living four hours away from our daughter I panicked when she called me and told me there was a noise in the front end of her car. I immediately began searching Martinsburg WV auto repair shops on Google concerned about blindly calling an auto repair company I did not know. Thanks to the caring professionals at Martinsburg Service Center (who I never met in person), our daughter and her car are safely back on the road. Upon an assessment of the car this group of auto repair professionals actually would not let our daughter drive the car away from their shop. They were kind and caring enough to take her home even before I made contact with them regarding the condition of the car. “Good mechanics are hard to find but ones that are good and honest are few & far between. Extreme may be a small shop but they are honest, knowledgeable & they go out of their way to help their customers. The owner may not look like your typical mechanic but never judge a book by it's cover. We have had nothing but great experiences with them on several occasions. I have seen them go out of their way to help customers & that is something you don't see everyday. After reading the other review, I would like to hear the mechanics version of what happened. As the customer stated he has an unusual car so common sense dictates that the availability of parts for that car would have to be special ordered, which takes time. As far as saying the shop couldn't give an estimate without "checking it first" sounds quite logical to me. Obviously they can't give an estimate without checking the car, would you ask a doctor to diagnose you without examining you first? Extreme Auto has always done quality work at affordable prices for myself & for everyone I know that goes there. I wish more people would write an online review when they are pleased, not just when they want to complain.”
