“I have the food, service, and atmosphere 5 stars. I gave a 4 star rating overall, though. The missing star on top was for management, the higher ups to be exact. Those ladies and gentlemen work so hard there, and treat everyone like family. They are always moving and hustling and giving it their all. They are often overwhelmed and I know for a fact that they are underpaid. Maybe instead of the HQ mangers getting extra bonuses this year, why not share with your dedicated, hard working employees. After all, they are the gears that keep your lights on and your doors open. Treat them like they are also managers, because they are.”

“It's all who you see. First visit Nurse practitioner I saw was lousy and treated me like an addict even though I was not there for pain meds (I was there for nerve block). Second and third visit staff was great. Packed office but only waiting 15 min. Different nurse practitioner and she was awesome. Very compassionate and we came up with a treatment plan. Also saw one of the MDs. He was good as well.”
