“I had recently moved here and hit a huge rock and thought I had damaged the underside of my car. The plastic guard behind my passenger side wheel was hanging. I had a neighbor recommend Mike’s Auto Repair and said the first thing to welcoming a newbie to a town is to find them a good auto mechanic and that Chris was amazing. I called this morning and was able to stop by around 2pm. Both mechanics took a quick look and said it wasn’t anything major at all and just fixed it themselves with some clips. They didn’t charge me anything, and told me right away they didn’t want to charge me the inspection fee. Told me to come back if the piece falls again or if I need an oil change, etc. Absolutely incredible experience with a company who clearly value relationships and not money. They could’ve easily charged me but didn’t even after I offered.”
