“On vacation from NYC and were hoping not to miss out praising God this Sunday in Harper's ferry. What an incredible find Bolivar Pentecostal Church was for us. Fantastic moving service with plenty of music and praising and the spirit was moving as the preacher lifted us all up to new heights of being faithful and trusting in God as long as We trust and him and endure. Wish we had this Pastor in New York!!! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Nice to see a congregation living and demonstrating God's word in action. Father Son and Holy Ghost were surely present, amen!!!”

“Nice walk. Path is in mostly grass with some mulchy bits and some muddy bits. The area around the ruins is wide open grassy plain with a nice mowed trail. Farther in has some gentle hills. Dogs are supposed to be on leash and owners are supposed to clean up but some people do not follow the rules. The CBP facility next door is doing a bunch of construction so your hike may have a soundtrack. Had a good time and a good walk for my girl healing from her knee surgery.”
