(September 19, 2018, 6:25 am)Very nice customer service and friendly staff. I worked with the manager Charles Yates. No hassle paperwork - in and out in 10 minutes. Charles gave me a personal tour of the facilities to include my storage unit, as well as entry/exit procedures. They also have items you might need for moving (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.) and locks for the units. The main office and entire facility was clean and very presentable.
