(December 19, 2018, 6:34 am)Pretty average corporate hotel. The rooms are decent, but could use a little freshening. They have a guaranteed 160 government employees staying here weekly, so there isn't a lot of incentive to improve.
(December 2, 2018, 1:12 pm)We went for Christmas brunch and everything was great! Prices were reasonable and worth all the choices we got. Our family was very happy!
(November 15, 2018, 11:43 pm)We had our wedding reception here in the Byrd room October 2018. The staff, accommodations, food, our room, everything was amazing. The rooms are a bit outdated but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.
Jennifer T is the sales rep we coordinated everything with and she is literally amazing!!! She was so detail oriented, helpful, kind and easy to work with. She basically decorated my entire reception for us and put her own take on things too because her and I had very similar ideas. I couldn’t be there as I was getting ready at the church. She made that process and experience perfect and sent me pictures to show the progress as everything showed up and began to prepare. She is truly a wonderful person and great at her job! Our food was exceptional and they stored all of our items for days before we could pick them up and it was all safe.
This is an amazing hotel!!! Stay here, book your parties here, eat here- you’ll enjoy it! Better than the Bavarian, if you ask me!
